Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable mobile applications and solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system design and implementation.
- Develop and optimize high-performing architectures to support business development efforts.
- Analyze customer specifications and provide the best product recommendations.
- Plan, design, and configure business solutions as needed.
- Lead and mentor the development team, providing technical guidance and support.
- Ensure that all business goals and user requirements are met through routine system monitoring.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- B.Tech in Computer Science or related field (M.Tech preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in building and maintaining scalable mobile applications.
- 6+ years of coding experience in TypeScript, JavaScript, GraphQL, and databases.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with React Native JS frameworks.
- 2+ years of experience in developing native mobile apps.
- 12 years of experience in Scrum methodologies and running Scrum ceremonies.
- Strong background in migrating legacy systems and deploying complex mobile-based solutions.
- Experience in customer implementations, troubleshooting, and solution deployment.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong ability to deliver presentations and lead technical discussions.
