We are looking for an experienced Flutter Senior Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter and a strong background in mobile development. A deep understanding of Agile frameworks. The role requires excellent problem-solving skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for building high-quality mobile applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Flutter Expertise: Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter development.

Mobile Development Experience: 7+ years of experience in iOS/Android development.

State Management: Strong understanding of Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.

Agile Development: Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Scrum practices.

Backend Integration: Experience working with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party libraries.

Exposure to Java/Kotlin: Understanding of native Android development.

Version Control: Proficiency in Git, GitHub, or Bitbucket.

Problem-solving: Strong analytical and debugging skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.
• Optimize application performance and ensure a seamless user experience.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers, backend developers, and product managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices.
• Implement and manage state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, or GetX.
• Debug and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and security.
• Participate in Agile development processes, including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
• Utilize Java/Kotlin knowledge for integrating with native Android components if needed.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers to enhance team productivity.
