Role: Senior Mobile App Developer
We're looking for Senior Mobile App Developers to help us build the consumer layer of this vision.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end mobile app development (Flutter and Python)
- Architect scalable, high-performance consumer applications
- Collaborate with product, design, AI, and backend teams
- Integrate AI-driven features into mobile experiences
- Optimize apps for speed, performance, and security
- Contribute to product thinking, not just execution
- Mentor junior developers and uphold engineering excellence
Education & Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 4 - 5 years of hands-on experience in mobile application development
- Strong expertise in Flutter (Dart); experience with Python-based frameworks is a plus
- Proven experience building and scaling consumer-facing (B2C) applications
- Solid understanding of REST APIs, cloud infrastructure, and app deployment cycles
- Demonstrated hands-on usage of AI tools in the development lifecycle (must-have) including:
- AI-assisted coding (code generation, debugging, optimization)
- Integrating AI/ML features into applications
- Leveraging AI to improve development speed, testing, or product quality
- Ability to clearly articulate how AI has enhanced your workflow or output
- Candidates who actively use AI to build faster, think better, and ship smarter will be strongly preferred
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or product environments preferred
