Key Responsibilities:

Test new app builds and backend dashboards before they go live.

Verify all app features

Validate backend workflows

Identify and document bugs, glitches, or performance issues in clear detail.

Coordinate with the development and operations teams for issue resolution.

Maintain test cases, test reports, and release notes for each version.

Ensure every app passes a pre-production checklist before client delivery.

Conduct regression testing after bug fixes and updates.

Suggest improvements in UI/UX or workflows for better user experience.
