We are currently seeking a Mobile (Android/Kotlin) Solution Engineer to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).

How You'll Help Us:

As a Mobile Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing end-to-end solutions for mobile applications. The Mobility Solutions Architect owns and communicates the architectural vision of the solution. This includes mobile systems, development platforms, integration methodologies and broad detailed knowledge of mobile technologies and industry trends.

Once You Are Here, You Will:

• Formulate, conceptualize and execute mobile solutions for customers across all channels.
• Architect, develop & guide teams in developing mobile applications for different form factors and resolutions.
• Provide pre-sales support through solutioning, effort estimation of complex, multi-technology asks from customers of various domains/verticals – Commercial, Healthcare, Banking/Financial Services, etc.
• Drive cross-functional teams and ensure the overall integrity of the software design and validate it against the system architecture specification.
• Understand client needs, project output and ensure compliance with industry best practices
• Assist the client and customers in explaining and applying enterprise solutions.
• Participate in the system specification review process to ensure system requirements can be translated into valid software design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams like business group to deliver the applications/solutions.
• Responsible for App design, code review and mentoring the developers.

Basic Qualifications:

• 10+ Years experience in mobile application development
• 5+ Years experience in Android App development with Kotlin
• With minimum 2+ years of Kotlin Compose experience
• 2+ years with Jetpack components such as ViewModel, LiveData, RoomDatabase, WorkManager.
• 4+ years experience with application architectures like MVC, MVVM, MVP, Rest API development/integrations, SVN/Git/Bitbucket.
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combined 4 years work and education experience

Preferred:

• 2+ Years experience guiding a small team of mobile developers
• 2+ years of using a shared KMP library for code-behind functionality
• Experience developing and implementing end-to-end architecture to support user interface concepts that conforms to design models based on industry best-practices.
• Experience in Rest API development & integrations.
• Experience with offline storage such as SQLite, Core Data, Realm.
• Experience with cloud message APIs and push notifications.
• Experience with UI/UX design.
• Experience with test-driven design & development, unit and integration testing, CI/CD.
• Experience developing innovative and reusable components.
