Join our dynamic team as we seek a dedicated individual for the International Customer Support Process. This role will involve assisting our international clientele by providing top-notch support and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for international clients.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
  • Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and improvement.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Any 10+2, Any Grad or Any Post Grad with Min 6 moth to 5 Years Into International Customer Support Process
  • CTC: 20% to 30% Hike on your last CTC or MAX 4.30 LPA
  • Excellent communication skills in English and any additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Basic knowledge of international business processes and cultural sensitivity.
