Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat for international clients.
- Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain a high level of product knowledge to assist customers effectively.
- Document customer interactions and feedback for future reference and improvement.
- Collaborate with team members and other departments to enhance customer satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications
- Any 10+2, Any Grad or Any Post Grad with Min 6 moth to 5 Years Into International Customer Support Process
- CTC: 20% to 30% Hike on your last CTC or MAX 4.30 LPA
- Excellent communication skills in English and any additional languages are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric approach.
- Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of international business processes and cultural sensitivity.
