Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer interactions through voice and non-voice (email/chat) channels
  • Resolve queries efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism
  • Ensure first contact resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the system
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues
  • Adhere to process and quality standards

Candidate Profile:

  • 0 to 5 years of experience in customer service or related roles
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer literacy and typing skills
  • Flexible to work in rotational shifts including night shifts
  • Open to working from office as per business requirement
