Job Role - Submission Specialist

Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to manage promotional pharmaceutical communication deliverables and ensure compliance with Medical, Legal, and Regulatory (MLR) standards. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality outputs that meet client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Submission
  • Prepare and submit promotional pharmaceutical communication deliverables, including medical information documents, abstracts, posters, slide decks, emailers, and manuscripts, ensuring adherence to quality standards and client satisfaction metrics.
  • Manage MLR submissions through Veeva PromoMats, ensuring timely and accurate asset submissions as per MLR grid and standards.
  • Create tags, link medical references, and place live annotations within Veeva PromoMats for functional links.
  • Quality Review & Compliance
  • Review documents for compliance with MLR grid and standards.
  • Follow departmental best practices related to processes, communication, project management, documentation, and technical requirements (language, grammar, stylization, content search, summarization, data validation, and referencing).
  • Ensure strict adherence to quality, confidentiality, and security protocols.
  • Collaboration & Guidance
  • Participate in internal calls and training programs as required.
  • Guide cross-functional teams on submission requirements to improve MLR review success rates and increase pass percentages.
  • Process & Policy Adherence
  • Comply with established quality systems, processes, and organizational policies.
  • Understand and ensure adherence to client systems, processes, protocols, standards ad stay abreast with updates to the same
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications

  • Post Graduate/Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or related field
  • Must have
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Preferred skills
  • Familiarity with Veeva PromoMats and MLR processes
