Role & Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and maintain MLOps pipelines to streamline deployment and management of machine learning models.
- Develop and optimize Docker containers and Kubernetes orchestration for scalable deployment environments.
- Automate build, test, and deployment processes using CI/CD tools to ensure continuous delivery and integration.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate ML models into production environments.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements to enhance stability and efficiency.
- Document processes and best practices, ensuring operational excellence and knowledge transfer.
Skills & Qualifications
- Must-Have
- Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration
- Experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines
- Strong scripting skills in Python or Shell
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Understanding of MLOps tools and processes
- Preferred
- Experience with automation tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI
- Knowledge of Terraform or other infrastructure-as-code frameworks
- Prior experience working on large-scale ML deployment projects
