Kubernetes L2 Production Support Engineer

Summary:

Provide L2 production support for a GenAI platform, focusing on Kubernetes-based environments, observability, incident management, and cloud-native operations.

Required Skills:

• Strong Kubernetes operations & troubleshooting
• Experience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger, etc.)
• Cloud-native & containerized deployment experience
• Incident management & escalation handling
• Log and system metric analysis
• Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing tools

Nice to Have:

• L2 support experience for AI/ML or GenAI platforms
• Exposure to vLLM, KServe, or model-serving frameworks
• Experience with no-code/low-code platforms
• Basic understanding of AI/GenAI, prompt engineering, agent frameworks
• Knowledge of MCP servers
• GitOps & CI/CD experience
