MIS Trainee

Role & responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports using Excel
• Analyse data and create dashboards and summaries
• Generate and share regular MIS reports with management
• Work with large data sets and ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Assist in automation of reports using Excel functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF statements, etc.
• Coordinate with internal departments for data collection and reporting requirements

Key Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Charts, etc.)
• Good communication and analytical skills
• Ability to manage time and work independently
• Basic understanding of databases and reporting tools is a plus

Preferred candidate profile:

• Bachelors degree in Commerce, Science, or related fields
• Internship or academic project experience in MIS or data analysis
