MIS & Reports Manager

Job Description

Job Purpose

To ensure accurate and timely preparation and availability of MIS reports with analytics required for management review decision making. This role is responsible for empowering the Distribution vertical through analytics & reporting for critical business decisions. This role is also responsible for co-ordination on all Distribution initiatives with key stakeholders within and outside the vertical.

. ABC Digital has been incorporated as a wholly owned subsidiary of Aditya Birla Capital in 2023 to engage in distribution of Aditya Birla Capital products and providing services to customers, including web-based services, e-commerce, and payments facilities and allied activities.

. ABC Digital is developing an omni-channel based D2C platform (website and app) to acquire new customers and serve them seamlessly. In addition, ABC Digital has started a virtual engagement management through inbound and outbound calling. Also, ABC Digital is engaged in cross-selling different ABC products to walk-in branch customers.

. ABC Digital is collaborating with all ABCL subsidiaries to deliver a truly personalized and seamless omni-channel experience for both new and existing customers by building capacity and enhancing productivity through investments in talent, technology, marketing, and data and analytics.

Job Context
This role will also be responsible for internal audits supporting and Sales team of Retail vertical and coordination for monthly and quarterly Review meetings. Preparing various dashboards, monthly / quarterly analytics reports to Zonal , Regional teams & KPH's

. Prepare and analyze the MIS reports: Preparation of complete set of MIS reports as per defined schedules and checklist, submission of reports to stakeholder, adherence to timelines
. Prepare business presentation: Preparation of detailed business presentation for board meetings

Key Challenges
. Getting the required data from the various stakeholders for generating accurate reports in a timely manner requires a lot of coordination and follow-up. Therefore, there is a need to manage stakeholder relationships as there is heavy dependence on others for TAT achievement.
. Follow up with Ops team & branches for reconciliation of 64vb data.

Enabling Skill Sets & Qualifications
. Critical skills required for this role include an understanding of business processes and systems in the insurance industry, proficiency in MS Excel and presenting data, process and detail orientation, analytical and problem solving skills, and stakeholder relationship management.
. The education and experience required to meet this profile is a Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferably) with around 4-5 years of work experience preferably in the financial/Insurance services domain.
