Role Overview

We are looking for an MIS / Payment Reconciliation Expert responsible for managing financial reporting and payment reconciliation across e-commerce marketplaces. The candidate will ensure accurate settlements, maintain MIS reports, and coordinate with finance teams to resolve discrepancies.

Key Responsibilities

• Reconcile marketplace payments and settlements.
• Maintain MIS reports for sales, commissions, and payouts.
• Identify and resolve discrepancies in settlements.
• Prepare financial and performance reports for management.
• Coordinate with finance, accounts, and e-commerce teams for smooth operations.
• Monitor timely payments and settlements across marketplaces.

Educational Qualification

• Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred).

Requirements

• Strong Excel skills for reporting and reconciliation.
• Experience with e-commerce marketplace settlements.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• 2+ years of experience in MIS, finance, or payment reconciliation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
