Role Overview:
The Daily Branch Trackers workstream plays a critical role in ensuring accurate, timely, and insightful reporting for branch-level operations. This role involves managing multiple data sources, validating information, and creating structured trackers that enable decision-making for a large audience. The position requires a strong blend of technical expertise, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Data Collection & Integration:
Source data from multiple Atlan queries and map them accurately to branch numbers.
Consolidate data from national trackers into branch-level trackers for operational visibility.
Adhoc Reporting:
Respond to urgent requests by creating customized trackers for specific business needs.
Ensure quick turnaround while maintaining data accuracy and consistency.
Tracker Development & Maintenance:
Design user-friendly trackers for a large audience, ensuring clarity and ease of interpretation.
Regularly update and maintain daily/weekly MIS trackers, including Primary, Secondary, and Execution trackers.
Data Validation & Hygiene:
Perform rigorous checks to ensure data integrity across all reports.
Identify and correct errors proactively before sharing with stakeholders.
Insights & Actionable Outputs:
Go beyond reporting by adding comments on insights, loss buckets, and sharp actions to drive performance improvements.
Key Technical Requirements:
SQL & Python Expertise:
Ability to write and optimize SQL queries on Atlan for data extraction and transformation.
Basic Python scripting for automation and data manipulation.
Advanced Excel Skills:
Proficiency in formulas like XLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, and advanced functions.
Expertise in Pivot Tables, Slicers, and dashboard creation for dynamic reporting.
Data Management:
Strong understanding of data hygiene, validation techniques, and error-proofing processes.
Reporting for Scale:
Experience in creating trackers that cater to large teams and multiple stakeholders.
Mandatory Requirement:
Prior experience in MIS reporting or similar roles is essential to handle the complexity and volume of data effectively.
