Job Description

Manage and maintain MIS reports to support operational and business decision-making.
Handle data extraction, compilation, and analysis from multiple sources.
Create and update Excel-based dashboards, reports, and trackers on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.
Ensure accuracy and timely delivery of all reports and data submissions.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather reporting requirements and optimize reporting processes.
Maintain data confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies.

Key Skills Required

Strong proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Charts, Formulas, etc.)
Knowledge of MIS and reporting tools
Attention to detail and good data management practices
Ability to analyze data and highlight trends or exceptions
Strong organizational and communication skills

Preferred Candidate Profile

Graduate in any discipline (Commerce or IT preferred)
1–3 years of experience in MIS or data management roles
Banking or financial services domain experience is an advantage
Freshers with strong Excel skills may also be considered
