Job Role
Good Data analytical skills and Hands on knowledge about Dialer operations (Calling List, Agent Group, Filter modification, Campaign Creation Place mapping etc.)
Should be also able to Analysis Weekly and Monthly tracker and discuss about the performance Improvement/Process Improvement.
Daily analysis on Agent Activity (Ready, Wrap, Idle, Break, call counts, login etc.) and discuss with OPS managers for the better results.
Bi hourly update with Ops team Leads for the better results for the day.
Campaign run on Time as per the Strategy.
Updating entire MIS of collections.
Preparation of related MIS reports.
Coordinating with different collection managers.
Key Responsibilities
Maintaining proper MIS data and coordination with line managers.
Publishing the reports on time with the team.
Maintaining TC data branch, reporting and portfolio wise.
Coordination between branches.
Vendor billings.
