Job Description:
We are looking for an MIS Manager with a strong background in Finance and hands-on expertise in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate should be capable of preparing, maintaining, and analyzing financial and operational reports to support management decision-making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
- Analyze financial and operational data to provide actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
- Automate and streamline reporting processes using Excel formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
- Coordinate with finance and operations teams for data collection and validation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in MIS and financial reporting.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, dashboards, lookups, etc.).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
