Mis Executive

Description

We are seeking a MIS Executive with 0-3 years of experience to join our team. We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive to join our team and oversee our Management Information Systems (MIS). The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining MIS systems to ensure optimal use of data for decision-making and operational efficiency. This role requires strong analytical skills, technical proficiency, and the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.

Responsibilities

• Proficiency in data analysis tools ( Excel, SQL, BI tools)
• Collect, analyze, and interpret data to generate reports and dashboards for management.
• Identify trends, interpret data, and provide recommendations for process improvements.
• Design and manage databases, data collection systems, data analytics, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
• Prior knowledge and know how on creating Dashboards for the management.
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office and Google Suite/Workplace.
• Develop and maintain databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Generate insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support business decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement
• Provide training and support to end-users on data management and reporting tools

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or related role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL and database management
• Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
