Position: MIS Operations Executive

Location: Jaipur

Experience: 2–5 Years

Salary: Up to 25,000 per month

About The Role

We are looking for a MIS Operations Executive who can manage operational data, prepare accurate reports, track daily performance, and provide meaningful MIS insights to the management team. The ideal candidate should have strong Advanced Excel skills and an understanding of operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Collect, verify, and analyze operational data from different teams/sites.
• Track key operational parameters such as manpower, attendance, productivity, fleet, targets, and work completion.
• Prepare management dashboards and performance reports.
• Identify data discrepancies and coordinate with operations teams for timely corrections.
• Maintain and update MIS databases and trackers.
• Generate regular KPI and performance reports for management review.
• Support the Operations and HR teams with data analysis and reporting requirements.
• Automate repetitive reporting tasks wherever possible.
• Ensure accuracy, confidentiality, and timely submission of all reports.

• Advanced MS Excel is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of:
• IF / Nested IF
• INDEX-MATCH / XLOOKUP
• VLOOKUP / HLOOKUP
• SUMIF / SUMIFS / COUNTIF / COUNTIFS
• Pivot Tables & Pivot Charts
• Data Cleaning & Conditional Formatting
• Macros / VBA – added advantage
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to handle large datasets and work with tight reporting deadlines.
  

Candidate Profile

• Graduate in any discipline.
• 2–5 years of experience in MIS, Operations MIS, Data Management, or a similar role.
• Candidates with experience in field operations, logistics, fleet, manpower, or service-based operations will be preferred.
• Should be comfortable working with large operational datasets and preparing management-level reports.
