WeVOIS is hiring an
MIS Maintenance Executive to support the Vehicle Maintenance team at Head Office. The role focuses on maintaining fleet and maintenance MIS, tracking vehicle performance, and preparing accurate reports to support operational and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports for vehicle maintenance and fleet operations
- Track maintenance schedules, breakdowns, repairs, and downtime
- Monitor fleet utilization and maintenance costs
- Generate daily/weekly/monthly dashboards for management
- Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting
- Coordinate with maintenance and operations teams for data collection
Requirements
- 1.52.5 years of experience in MIS (vehicle maintenance / fleet / logistics / operations)
- Advanced Excel is mandatory (Pivot, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
- Strong analytical and reporting skills
- Good coordination and communication abilities
- High attention to detail
Preferred
- Experience with fleet management systems or ERP
- Exposure to maintenance MIS and cost analysis
