A fast-growing technology organisation operating in the enterprise AI, data analytics and SaaS solutions sector. We build operational analytics, management-reporting frameworks and automated dashboards that help business leaders make timely decisions across finance, sales and operations.
We are hiring an on-site MIS Executive based in India to own routine reporting, dashboarding, data quality and report automation across multiple business functions.
Role & Responsibilities
- Consolidate data from ERP, CRM and operational sources to produce daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports and management dashboards.
- Design, build and maintain automated dashboards and visual reports using Power BI / Tableau; ensure timely distribution to stakeholders.
- Write and optimise SQL queries and Excel VBA macros to extract, transform and reconcile large datasets for reporting accuracy.
- Perform data validation and reconcile discrepancies with functional teams; implement process fixes to improve data quality.
- Deliver ad-hoc analysis and KPI deep-dives for Finance, Sales and Operations leaders to support decision-making.
- Document reporting processes, maintain report inventory and support month-end / quarter-end reporting cycles.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Statistics, Computer Science or related discipline preferred.
- Proven track record in MIS/reporting roles with hands-on experience across reporting tools and ERP integrations.
