Job Description:
Data Management & Reporting:
- Collect, validate, and consolidate data from multiple sites, departments, and service lines (Engineering, FM, Security, Finance, Procurement, P&C, etc.).
- Prepare weekly, monthly, and quarterly dashboards on operational KPIs, SLAs, and compliance metrics.
- Maintain centralized trackers issue logs, AMC renewals, PR/PO status, savings models, manpower deployment, etc.
- Automate recurring reports using Excel formulas, pivot tables, Power Query, and other analytical tools.
Data Analytics & Insights:
- Support leadership with ad-hoc analysis spend reviews, manpower optimization, savings projections, and cost-benefit assessments.
- Build and maintain visualization dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent) for leadership reviews.
Presentation & Communication:
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations for client meetings, monthly reviews, and QBRs.
- Ensure data accuracy, clarity, and visual storytelling in dashboards and decks.
- Collaborate with account leads, site teams, and central functions to ensure data consistency across reports.
Cross-Functional Coordination:
- Liaise with multiple teams Operations, Procurement, Finance, P&C, and Engineering to collate timely data inputs.
- Track action items, follow up on open points, and maintain closure logs for leadership visibility.
- Support leadership during audits, governance reviews, and client presentations.
Required Skills & Competencies:
- Advanced Excel proficiency Pivot tables, formulas, lookups, Power Query, dashboards, preferred.
- Strong PowerPoint skills Ability to convert complex data into clear visual insights.
- Analytical mindset Strong numerical and logical reasoning ability.
- Excellent communication & coordination skills Able to work with multiple stakeholders across locations.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in reporting.
- Exposure to Power BI / Tableau / Google Data Studio preferred.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work under tight deadlines.
