Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, prepare reports, and support management with accurate and timely information. The candidate should be good at data handling, analysis, and reporting using Excel and other MIS tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, and maintain data from different departments

Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports

Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all reports

Analyze data and share insights with management

Maintain databases, dashboards, and reporting systems

Create Excel sheets using formulas, pivot tables, and charts

Coordinate with internal teams for data collection

Monitor performance reports and highlight discrepancies

Maintain proper documentation and records

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge of MS Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas)

Basic knowledge of MIS and data analysis

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Attention to detail and accuracy

Basic knowledge of Power BI / SQL (preferred, not mandatory)

Good communication skills in English & Hindi

Educational Qualification:

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Computer Applications, Finance, or related field
