Salary: Up to 18,000 in hand

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage data, software maintenance, reporting, and coordination activities. The candidate should have strong Excel knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to follow up effectively with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Handle and analyze large datasets using Advanced MS Excel.
Maintain and update company software data regularly.
Ensure data accuracy and timely reporting to management.
Coordinate and follow up with different departments for required information.
Maintain records related to materials and stock.
Support operational and backend activities.
Travel up to 5 days per month for site visits (TA will be provided by the company).

Required Skills:

Advanced knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, IF formulas, data analysis).
Proficiency in MS Word and PowerPoint (PPT).
Good communication skills.
Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.
Basic knowledge of material management.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Qualification:

Graduate in Commerce/Management/IT (Preferred).
