MIS Executive

About the Role

We are hiring an MIS Executive for our client to ensure business continuity and maintain productivity, particularly in critical reporting functions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual with a strong affinity for data and reporting tools.

Direct Responsibilities

Demonstrate a strong inclination towards working with numbers, Excel spreadsheets, formulae, queries, and other basic software applications.
Interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
Generate, maintain, outline and track various reports.
Produce and distribute management reports accurately and in a timely manner.

Contributing Responsibilities

Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
Develop MIS documentation to ensure smooth operations and easy system maintenance.

Technical & Behavioral Competencies

Possess good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
Be well-organized, highly efficient, and have a keen eye for detail.
Work effectively within diverse groups of people.
Be highly trainable, a quick learner, and adaptable to changes and pressure within the organization.
