We are looking for a detail-orientedMIS Executiveto manage and maintain the organizations Management Information Systems. The role involves data analysis, report generation, and system coordination to ensure accurate and timely information flow across departments.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage, maintain, and monitor the organizations Management Information Systems to ensure smooth operations.
- Collect, analyze, and validate data to generate accurate and timely MIS reports for management and stakeholders.
- Ensure data integrity, consistency, and availability across departments.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and support business operations.
- Maintain system documentation, databases, and dashboards as per organizational standards.
- Support process improvements by providing data insights and system-related assistance.
Key Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
- Experience in MIS reporting and data analysis
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in database management, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Effective communication and coordination skills
