About the Opportunity

OptiRecruit is hiring a MIS Executive Intern for one of its client organizations, HappiMynd. This opportunity is ideal for students and freshers interested in data management, reporting, and analytics.

Role Overview

As a MIS Executive Intern, you will work on data collection, reporting, and dashboard creation while ensuring data accuracy and consistency across systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI
• Assist in data collection, cleaning, and validation from multiple sources
• Manage and maintain data using MS Excel and internal MIS systems
• Prepare regular MIS reports and dashboards
• Analyze datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and proper documentation

Required Qualifications

• Familiarity with Power BI or any data visualization tool
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)
• Basic understanding of MIS reporting
• Understanding of data management and handling practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Data Analytics, B.Sc, BBA, MBA, Computer Science, or related field
• Basic knowledge of SQL
• Prior academic projects or internships in data analysis or reporting
