Inficore Soft is looking for an Account Executive / MIS Executive Intern who can manage financial data, reporting, and operational records efficiently. This role offers hands-on experience in accounting processes, MIS reporting, and business data management in a structured and data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and transaction data

• Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for tracking business performance

• Handle data entry, validation, and reconciliation tasks

• Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes

• Generate periodic financial and operational reports

• Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and systems

• Work with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting

• Coordinate with teams for data collection and reporting needs

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data handling)

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to organize and manage large datasets

• Good communication and reporting skills

• Familiarity with accounting tools or ERP systems is a plus

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Eligibility Criteria

• Students or recent graduates from Commerce, Finance, Business, or related fields

• Freshers are encouraged to apply

• Candidates with basic accounting knowledge or MIS reporting experience will have an advantage

• Must be available for a full-time remote internship
