Inficore Soft is looking for an Account Executive / MIS Executive Intern who can manage financial data, reporting, and operational records efficiently. This role offers hands-on experience in accounting processes, MIS reporting, and business data management in a structured and data-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update financial records, invoices, and transaction data

Prepare MIS reports and dashboards for tracking business performance

Handle data entry, validation, and reconciliation tasks

Assist in accounts payable and receivable processes

Generate periodic financial and operational reports

Ensure accuracy and consistency of data across reports and systems

Work with Excel or Google Sheets for analysis and reporting

Coordinate with teams for data collection and reporting needs

Required Skills

Basic understanding of accounting and financial concepts

Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, data handling)

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Good analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to organize and manage large datasets

Good communication and reporting skills

Familiarity with accounting tools or ERP systems is a plus

Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Eligibility Criteria

Students or recent graduates from Commerce, Finance, Business, or related fields

Freshers are encouraged to apply

Candidates with basic accounting knowledge or MIS reporting experience will have an advantage

Must be available for a full-time remote internship
