Job Description

Job Title: MIS Executive

Experience: 2-7 Years

Job Location: Mumbai

Job Type: Full Time

Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Reporting: Generate accurate, timely, and confidential HR reports (headcount, turnover, recruitment metrics) for management.
  • HRIS/System Maintenance: Maintain employee databases, update HR systems (e.g., SAP, ERP), and ensure data integrity.
  • Data Analysis & Visualization: Create dashboards and charts to visualize workforce trends, using pivot tables and advanced formulas.
  • Compliance & Validation: Ensure data accuracy through regular audits, data cleansing, and validation.
  • Operational Support: Support HR functions like onboarding, employee file management, and tracking recruitment TAT (Turnaround Time).

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Technical Skills: Expert-level proficiency in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macro/VBA is a plus) and Google Sheets.
  • HRIS Knowledge: Experience with HR Information Systems (SAP, HRIS software).
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze large, complex datasets and provide actionable insights.
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience: Typically 25 years of experience in HR Operations or MIS.
  • Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, confidentiality, and excellent communication.
