Job Description

Assist in the month-end closing process, including journal entries, ledger scrutiny, and finalization of trial balance.
Prepare monthly MIS reports including P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and variance analysis against budgets/forecasts
Coordinate with various departments to collect and verify financial data for reporting
Support in the preparation of management dashboards and financial KPIs
Assist in reconciling accounts and resolving discrepancies to ensure data accuracy
Maintain proper documentation and working papers to support MIS and audit requirements
Analyze financial data to identify trends, irregularities, and improvement opportunities
Support internal and external audit processes by providing required financial data and reports
Participate in process improvement initiatives related to financial reporting and data accuracy
