Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain daily MIS for customer satisfaction (CSAT), product demonstrations, and operations activities
- Track demo bookings, completions, and basic conversion data
- Record and organize customer feedback and support CSAT tracking
- Coordinate with Demo and Operations teams for timely data updates
- Prepare simple daily/weekly reports on demos, feedback, and service performance
- Highlight any delays, missed demos, or customer issues to the team
- Ensure data accuracy and proper documentation across systems/sheets
- Support in creating basic dashboards and trackers in Excel/Google Sheets
- Assist in improving reporting processes for better visibility
Requirements:
- Graduate in any field (BBA, BCom, BSc, etc.)
- Strong basic knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, filters, basic pivots)
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Interest in operations, customer experience, and data handling
