MIS Executive - Exports & International Business

Key Result Areas:

1. Candidate from Dairy industry is preferred. Specially frozen products like Butter and cheese.
2. Should have knowledge of making export invoice, packing list, Certificate of Origin, Health certificate, phyto, fumigation etc.
3. Proper knowledge of legalisation and authentication of export documents specially for the gulf country.
4. Experience in EIA registration.
5. Experience of coordinating with clearing agent, custom clearance, sea and air freight negotiation, negotiation of transport.
6. Proper knowledge ofall the ports in India like, Chennai, Mumbai, Vizag, Mundra etc and ICD, CFS, warehousing, Concor railway booking.
7. Proper knowledge of logistics and other operation cost sheet preparation in excel.
8. Coordinate for all the sales related matter like coordinating with QA, Factory, Marketing, Operation and purchase to materialise the order and movement of shipment.
9. Understanding of countrywide free trade agreement with India, VAT, GST and duties in overseas countries.
10. Experience in Third Party Logistics and Factory stuffing permission, port registration etc.
11. Local candidate is fine, Good in English, Hindi and Telugu.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Any Graduation

3-7 yrs of experience in Export Documentation & Sales Coordination

Age Criteria: Below 30 yrs will be considered.
