We're seeking a detail-oriented MIS Executive to own data management, reporting, and analytics using MS Excel and Google Sheets. You'll transform raw data into actionable insights that drive recruitment, sales performance, and operational efficiency in our fast-paced EdTech setup. Key Responsibil

Build and maintain daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on sales funnels, student enrollments, counselor performance, and operational KPIs using MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, charts) and Google Sheets (QUERY, IMPORTRANGE, Apps Script ba - sics).Consolidate data from Zoho CRM, Google Forms, and internal sources into centralized dashboards for leadership re
- views.Automate repetitive tasks like data cleaning, validation, and report generation using Excel macros or Google Apps S
- cript.Analyze trends in high-volume hiring data, offer dropouts, and conversion rates to support TA and sales
- teams.Collaborate with sales, academics, and TA to generate custom ad-hoc reports and visualize insights via dynamic c

Must-Have Qualifi
