Job Description: MIS Executive BECO (GT Business)
Position Overview
The MIS Executive will be responsible for managing, analyzing, and reporting business data to support decision-making in BECO's GT (General Trade) operations. The role also includes administration and optimization of
Bizom, the sales force automation tool, ensuring accurate data capture and seamless integration with MIS reporting.
Key Responsibilities
Data Management & Reporting
- Collect, validate, and maintain sales, inventory, and distribution data for GT business.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management review.
- Automate reporting processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Bizom Sales Force Automation Tool
- Manage and administer Bizom for GT business operations.
- Ensure accurate data entry by sales teams and distributors.
- Generate dashboards and performance reports directly from Bizom.
- Train and support field staff in using Bizom effectively.
- Coordinate with Bizom's support team for troubleshooting and enhancements.
Business Analysis
- Track KPIs such as sales performance, secondary sales, stock movement, and distributor ROI.
- Identify trends, variances, and anomalies in GT business data.
- Provide actionable insights to sales and operations teams.
Stakeholder Coordination
- Work closely with sales, finance, and supply chain teams to align reporting needs.
- Support management in preparing presentations and dashboards for reviews.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, macros) and Power BI/Tableau for dashboards.
- Hands-on experience with Bizom (sales force automation tool).
- Understanding of ERP systems (SAP/Oracle or similar).
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret large datasets.
- Good communication and presentation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration, IT, or related field.
- 24 years of experience in MIS/Business Analyst roles (preferably in FMCG/GT business).
- Prior experience managing Bizom or similar SFA tools is highly desirable.
