Job Summary

Looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our Talent Acquisition team within a dynamic MNC environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end data management from gathering and cleansing to analysis and visualization. Should have a knack for storytelling with data and the ability to translate complex datasets into meaningful insights through dashboards and impactful PowerPoint presentations.

Key Responsibilities

Collect, clean, and reconcile large volumes of Talent Acquisition-related data from multiple sources.

Analyze trends, track key recruitment metrics, and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.

Build and maintain dashboards using Excel and Power BI

Create compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate data-driven narratives to senior leadership.

Solve queries and support ad-hoc data requests from stakeholders.

Collaborate with cross-functional HR teams to support decision-making through data.

Must-Have Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Well versed in advance formulas, pivot tables, Power Pivot, Query Editor).

Strong PowerPoint presentation skills (well versed in using shapes/icons to create infographics, summarizing data & compelling storytelling of data)

Experience in handling large datasets and ensuring data accuracy and reconciliation.

Working knowledge of graphs, charts, and visual analytics.

Familiarity with Power BI (good to have).

Analytical mindset with the ability to draw insights and patterns from raw data.

Eye for detail and ability to produce clean, executive-level deliverables.

Preferred

Prior experience in Talent Acquisition or HR analytics preferred.

Shift -General 9.00 AM to 6.30 PM and WFO
