About The Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical
MIS Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, validating, and generating reports using
Microsoft Excel and
Google Sheets to support various business operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, update, and maintain regular reports and dashboards using Excel & Google Sheets
- Perform data cleaning, formatting, and validation to ensure accuracy
- Generate ad-hoc reports as required by management or departments
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand reporting requirements
- Maintain and manage data across multiple sources while ensuring confidentiality and data integrity
- Identify data inconsistencies and resolve them proactively
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, IF statements, etc.)
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets and collaborative reporting tools
- Attention to detail and strong analytical mindset
- Basic understanding of MIS/reporting principles
- Good communication skills to interact with cross-functional teams
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline (Commerce/Maths/IT preferred)
