Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-End Account Management: Oversee full account operations including coordination, scheduling, certificate preparation, log maintenance, invoicing, and payment tracking to ensure smooth financial workflows.
  • Local Product Compliance Coordination: Manage local product compliance activities (SLCP, FEM, SMETA, BSCI, C-TPAT, Sodexo), including portal and EAOL management, invoicing, and payment processing.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Conduct NPS (Net Promoter Score) and integrity calls to collect feedback, resolve concerns, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Financial Documentation & Reporting: Prepare and maintain accurate financial documents such as invoices, payment logs, and compliance certificates, ensuring timely reporting.
  • Process Optimization: Identify and implement improvements in account and compliance management to increase efficiency and accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment with financial and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Graduate in Textile-related field with minimum 60% marks
  • Flexible working hours to support users across varied time zones
  • Highly organized with excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams)
