MIS Analytics

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and automate regular and ad-hoc MIS reports covering sales, project status, financial metrics, and operational KPIs
• Analyze large and complex datasets to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for optimization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including project managers, finance, sales, and operations to ensure data consistency and accuracy
• Create dashboards and visual reports using tools like MS Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis by providing data-backed insights
• Improve and standardize data collection, validation, and reporting processes to enhance efficiency
• Prepare concise presentations and summary reports for senior management to support strategic decisions
• Stay up to date with analytics trends and suggest improvements to current reporting tools and practices

Requirements

Skills & Competencies

• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, IF statements, Macros)
• Proficient in Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio for dashboard creation and data visualization
• Working knowledge of ERP/CRM platforms such as Zoho, SAP, Tally (real estate or construction industry preferred)
• Strong analytical mindset and critical thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in reporting
• Ability to manage and interpret large volumes of data efficiently
• Strong time management and ability to work independently under tight deadlines
