Middleware & Application Server Support
- Provide operational support for middleware platforms including JBoss on Red Hat environments.
- Handle installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of middleware components.
- Support enterprise middleware technologies such as WebLogic and WebSphere.
Operations & 24x7 Support
- Work as part of a 24x7 project and operations support team.
- Monitor systems, respond to incidents, and ensure high availability of services.
- Perform problem determination and resolution to minimize downtime.
Incident & Issue Management
- Analyze system issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
- Work independently to resolve issues as well as collaborate with team members when required.
Communication & Coordination
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and stakeholders through clear verbal and written communication.
- Provide regular updates on issue status and resolution progress.
