Role : Middleware Admin
Exp : 6+ years
Location : Mumbai Malad
- IBM WebSphere, IBM HTTP Server, Oracle WebLogic Oracle HTTP Server, IBM MQ As Middleware-Admin needed 24*7 production support, service request and Incident management
- Problem analysis, Requirement gathering, Coordination, Meetings and reporting
- In-depth expertise of troubleshooting critical issue, root cause analysis
- Liaising with service provider and support customer for critical issues also solve and respond to customers day to day requests
- Compliance and vulnerability remediation, Maintaining patching cycle and SSL expiry
- Creating technical & user documentation, POA also inventory update
