Roles and Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain IBM MQ infrastructure across environments
- Monitor MQ health, logs, and performance metrics, and ensure high availability
- Implement security best practices including SSL and authentication controls
- Perform migrations, upgrades, and patching for MQ environments
- Support MQ clusters, client/server setups, and distributed messaging
- Troubleshoot MQ issues and provide root-cause analysis for production problems
- Collaborate with application teams for integration and deployment
