Qualifications:
Master's and Bachelor's degrees in the relevant subject, obtained through the regular (on-campus) mode, along with a B.Ed. qualification. In-depth and up-to-date knowledge of curriculum areas, research, and educational trends in Education. Previous teaching experience in a CBSE/Cambridge school is preferred.
Skills: The candidate must have the required subject knowledge and expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Planning and Implementation:
- Develop and implement lesson plans in accordance with the CBSE/Cambridge curriculum.
- Design engaging and interactive teaching materials to facilitate effective learning.
- Integrate technology and innovative teaching methods to enhance the learning experience.
Classroom Management:
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage and maintain discipline within the classroom.
- Encourage student participation and engagement in class activities.
Assessment and Evaluation:
- Conduct regular assessments to evaluate student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback on assignments and assessments.
- Organize and participate in parent-teacher meetings to discuss student performance.
Student Development:
- Foster intellectual, emotional, and social development of students.
- Encourage critical thinking, creativity, and effective communication skills.
- Provide guidance and support to students in their academic and personal growth.
Professional Development:
- Stay updated on the latest developments in education.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance teaching skills.
