About the Role
Join a leading global banking and financial services organization and build your career in Private Equity Middle Office Operations. We are looking for candidates with experience in trade support, fund accounting, reconciliations, and private equity or hedge fund operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage capital calls, distributions, funding instructions, and wire transactions.
- Perform cash, position, and trade reconciliations across multiple platforms.
- Investigate and resolve reconciliation breaks and discrepancies.
- Support private equity fund onboarding, account maintenance, and data validation.
- Monitor corporate actions for private equity and hedge funds.
- Process invoices and prepare MIS, control reports, and fund statements.
- Perform independent quality checks and ensure compliance with process controls.
- Support audit requests, process improvements, automation, and UAT activities.
- Coordinate with upstream and downstream teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
