We're Hiring | Trade Support Specialist – Private Equity & Hedge Funds

Location: Bengaluru

Work Model: 4 Days Work From Office

Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:30 AM IST

We are looking for a Trade Support Specialist with strong experience in Private Equity, Hedge Funds, Middle Office Operations, and Trade Processing to join our Asset & Wealth Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage capital call and distribution processes, including client notifications, funding instructions and wire execution.

• Perform cash, position and transaction reconciliations across multiple platforms and investigate breaks.

• Support Private Equity fund onboarding, account setup, maintenance and data validation.

• Monitor and manage corporate actions for Hedge Funds and Private Equity investments.

• Prepare and review fund statements, notices, MIS and control reports.

• Perform independent validation and ensure strong operational controls.

• Support invoice processing and workflow management.

• Maintain documentation and evidence for audit, risk and compliance reviews.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation and system enhancements.

• Support UAT, issue escalation, stakeholder queries and daily operational controls.

• Collaborate with upstream/downstream teams and contribute to knowledge sharing and team development.

Mandatory Skills

1⃣ Strong product knowledge of Private Equity & Hedge Funds

2⃣ Middle Office, Trade Support & Trade Processing

3⃣ NAV Calculation, Reconciliation, End-to-End Trade Lifecycle & Corporate Actions

Candidate Profile

• 2+ years of relevant experience in financial services / investment operations.

• Post Graduate qualification, preferably MBA.

• Strong analytical skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Good understanding of operational controls, SOPs and risk management.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are preferred.

• Exposure to Alteryx, Xceptor, Signavio or Tableau is an advantage.

• Experience with business process modelling and process improvement is a plus.

You will gain exposure to the end-to-end Private Equity and Alternative Investments operating model, working across trade processing, reconciliations, capital activity, corporate actions, fund reporting, controls and process improvement.
