Job Description

Job Title: Mid Manager

Location: KR Mangalam Head Office – Chhatarpur

Reporting To: Chairperson / Senior Management

Job Overview-

The Mid Manager will play a key role in driving coordination and performance across multiple departments. The role involves ensuring smooth communication, monitoring operations, supporting the Chairperson in administrative and strategic tasks.

Key Responsibilities-

  • Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely execution of tasks and smooth workflow.
  • Monitor departmental performance and share periodic progress reports with senior management.
  • Identify operational challenges and assist in creating effective action plans for improvement.
  • Work closely with the Chairperson to support organizational goals and daily operational needs.
  • Represent the Chairperson in school meetings when required.
  • Conduct meetings with Principals and other senior school leadership teams on behalf of the Chairperson.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Present updates, project status, and key information during internal and external meetings.
  • Perform any additional duties assigned by the Chairperson or senior management.

Education & Experience -

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration / management / education administration or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in coordination, administration or operations (preferably in the education sector)
  • Experience in stakeholder and team management is an added advantage
