We are looking for a dynamic and performance-driven Associate Manager – Affiliate Growth to join our Gurgaon team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving affiliate campaign growth, optimizing partner performance, managing affiliate relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to scale revenue and campaign efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Affiliate Campaign Growth & Optimization
- Manage and optimize affiliate campaigns to drive consistent revenue growth and improved performance.
- Analyze campaign KPIs including Revenue, Conversion Rate (CR), ROI, EPC, and traffic quality.
- Identify optimization opportunities and execute performance improvement strategies.
- Drive campaign scalability through affiliate engagement and performance-based planning.
- Monitor campaign delivery and ensure alignment with advertiser objectives.
Affiliate Relationship Management
- Develop a strong understanding of affiliate traffic sources, promotional models, and business requirements.
- Pitch relevant campaigns and offers to affiliates within defined timelines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with active and high-potential affiliates.
- Conduct regular follow-ups, business reviews, and growth planning discussions with affiliates.
- Ensure effective communication and long-term affiliate retention.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Coordinate with Advertiser Growth, Network Operations, and Tech Solutions teams for campaign execution and planning.
- Ensure smooth onboarding and launch of new campaigns.
- Resolve campaign-related escalations within SLA timelines.
- Support strategic growth initiatives and campaign expansion opportunities.
Affiliate Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly campaign performance reports.
- Monitor key metrics such as revenue, CR, traffic trends, affiliate performance, and payout efficiency.
- Share actionable insights and optimization recommendations with internal stakeholders and affiliates.
- Maintain performance dashboards and reporting hygiene.
Affiliate Support & Retention
- Respond to affiliate queries over email and IM platforms within defined SLA timelines.
- Ensure clear communication regarding campaign details, tracking links, payouts, and delivery expectations.
- Retain high-performing affiliates through proactive engagement and relationship management.
- Maintain a high affiliate satisfaction score through timely issue resolution and support.
Requirements
Minimum 3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Growth, Publisher Management, or Performance Marketing.
Strong understanding of affiliate ecosystems, traffic models, and campaign optimization strategies.
Experience in managing publisher/affiliate relationships and scaling campaigns.
Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret campaign data and performance metrics.
Knowledge of tracking platforms like Trackier, Affise, Everflow, or similar.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
