Job description:

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecyclefrom sourcing to onboarding
  • Source top-tier IT talent through job portals, social media, and referrals
  • Very strong experience screening IT resumes and placing them on a C2C, 1099, C2H and W2 basis.
  • Collaborate closely with Team and be a team player.
  • Candidate should have experience getting quality and vetted resumes from multiple channels Job boards, Linkedin, vendors and X-ray search
  • Exceptional knowledge of being able to filter out IT resumes that do not match the criteria.
  • Solid experience sourcing resumes with the correct technology skill sets that align with the job description.
  • Strong experience understanding technology skills stated in the job description and relaying those skills to the candidates.
  • Adept at quickly studying the job description in detail for technology keys words and ability to understand the requirements for the position.
  • Solid communication skills and ability to converse with US Citizens
  • Proficient in being able to quickly source resumes for multiple positions and submit to Team Manager with all the required information.
  • Proficient in preparing the candidates for interviews.
  • Excellent written and conversational communication skills, candidate will need to speak and write emails in the interview
  • Solid understanding of employment types and US tax terms primarily C2C, 1099, C2H, W2 etc.
  • Strong understanding of US work authorization types & docs required therein OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, USC etc.
  • Should be comfortable being empowered and shall be a tenacious go-getter with excellent communication and writing skills.
  • Should be able to work with minimum direction.
