Job Description

Responsibilities

Design, support, and deliver BI/reporting applications using MicroStrategy
Work as part of the support team, including coding and unit testing for reported issues
Perform root cause analysis to identify problems and provide workarounds or permanent solutions
Optimize queries and perform performance tuning in MicroStrategy and underlying databases
Provide technical leadership for MicroStrategy suite of tools
Ensure that OLA/SLA commitments are met as per business requirements
Document issues, resolutions, and maintain a knowledge repository for the team
Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure accurate reporting and BI delivery
