About the Role
We are seeking a talented MicroStrategy SQL Developer with 36 years of experience to join our Business Intelligence team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and maintaining impactful dashboards and reports that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will also manage key administrative functions within the MicroStrategy environment, write complex SQL queries, and automate BI workflows using Python. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations using MicroStrategy Developer and Web.
- Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data extraction and reporting.
- Administer user access, roles, and object security within MicroStrategy.
- Promote objects across environments following change management protocols.
- Monitor and orchestrate BI workflows to ensure timely data processing.
- Automate reporting and validation tasks using Python scripts.
Required Skills:
- Hands-on experience with MicroStrategy tools (Developer and Web).
- Strong SQL skills for complex query development and optimization.
- Experience with MicroStrategy administration and environment management.
- Proficiency in Python for workflow automation and data validation.
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes.
- Understanding of data visualization principles.
- Exposure to cloud BI platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure).
- Experience with version control and Agile methodologies.
