We are seeking an experienced
SharePoint Intranet Portal Manager responsible for managing, maintaining, and enhancing the enterprise
SharePoint Intranet Portal. The role involves overseeing portal operations, ensuring system performance, managing user access, and supporting business teams with a seamless digital workplace experience.
The candidate will collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to ensure high availability, governance, and continuous improvement of the SharePoint intranet ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- SharePoint Intranet Portal Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the SharePoint Intranet Portal with integrated Power BI dashboards and React-based modules.
- Ensure high availability, performance, and security of the portal.
- Manage user access, permissions, and governance aligned with IT policies.
- Provide first-line and functional support for portal navigation, repository management, and workflows.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for incident resolution, change requests, and enhancements.
- Evaluate third-party tools to enhance SharePoint intranet functionality and automation.
- Quality Assurance & Monitoring
- Implement testing and validation processes for SharePoint intranet enhancements, dashboards, and module updates.
- Maintain release documentation and version control with rollback procedures.
- Monitor SLA adherence, portal uptime, and user experience metrics.
- SharePoint & Power Platform Administration
- Administer SharePoint Intranet Portal environments including sites, libraries, and permissions.
- Manage Power BI workspaces, gateways, and data refresh processes.
- Support and monitor workflows using Power Automate within the SharePoint intranet.
- Handle integrations and ensure smooth functioning of custom React modules within the portal.
- Governance & Compliance
- Implement governance frameworks for SharePoint intranet content, access, and usage.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.
- Maintain documentation, SOPs, and user guidelines for the portal.
- Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with IT teams, business users, and vendors.
- Conduct user training sessions and support adoption of SharePoint intranet features.
- Communicate updates, changes, and system improvements effectively.
